Brooklyn Dumpling Shop Signs Regional Representative for Pennsylvania

The state-of-the-art dumpling brand franchisees love, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, continues its strongest year of growth with the signing of Keystone Dumplings, LLC as a regional representative for Pennsylvania.

In collaboration with its franchise partner, Fransmart, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop has grown from one store in 2021 to two stores, with five more openings before the end of the year and 72 under development in 2022. The brand’s unique Automat concept and ordering and payment digital allows small footprint stores to have a low labor matrix and stay open 24/7.

What started as a multi-unit deal for Philadelphia grew into a much larger deal to serve as the state’s regional representative as Keystone Dumplings worked more with Brooklyn Dumpling Shop founder Stratis Morfogen.

“Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is the most exciting [quick-service restaurant] concept in the market today,” says Nick Sordoni, who together with Stephen Hudacek and Alex Flack form Keystone Dumplings, LLC. “The modern vending machine keeps food safe and temperature controlled, contactless ordering and payment offers speed and convenience, restaurants have elegant aesthetics and, above all, delicious cuisine. We see tremendous opportunities and look forward to providing franchisee sales and support. »

Working with Fransmart, Keystone Dumplings will help identify sub-franchisees in the state. They will be active in training and managing state franchisees and building and maintaining two certified training restaurants.

“With Nick, Stephen and Alex’s collective backgrounds in real estate, finance and entrepreneurship, they bring a wealth of business experience to help Pennsylvania franchisees,” says Morfogen. “They are forward-thinking and totally in line with our mission. They are perfect partners to help us fuel our growth as we expand nationally.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is actively seeking franchisees as it continues to grow from coast to coast.
